What are your business hours?

-We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm. We are closed on Sundays.

 

How much is the deposit?

-The deposit for all properties is the same as the rent listed.

 

How much is the pet deposit?

-The pet deposit is Ĺ of one monthís rent. Deposit is the same for one or more pets.

 

Is the application fee refundable?













-Application fees are non-refundable; they will be waived for Active Duty or Veterans of any branch.

 



What if my credit is not that good?

-We do not necessarily look at your credit score; we are looking for past eviction, utilities, etc. The ability to pay for the property of interest is the focus.



How do I view a property?

-You can stop by our office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Sat 9am-2pm to view the property if its available with a valid D.L or photo I.D; some properties are on a Rently box that you can register at Rently.com to view the property at your convenience.




Can I move in without a deposit?

-No, we will need the full security deposit before we can sign your lease and give you the keys. There are other options with approved applications.




What if I have a felony?

We do not discriminate.


How long is the lease?

-Leases are 12 months; with approved applications we can submit a shorter/longer term lease to the owner of the selected property.





How much is the application fee and how can I pay it?

-The application fee is $40.00 (waived for Active Duty & Veterans) you can pay via credit card, check, or money order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.



Do you offer online payments?

-Yes, upon signing your lease all information will be provided.




How do I apply for a property?

-Applications may be found online on our website or in our office.



What if I donít have a rental history?

-With no rental history we ask that you provide a co-signer. There are other options with approved applications.



After signing my lease, how long do I have to transfer my utilities?

-After the lease signing, you have 3 days to transfer the services.



How do you know what damages I did or did not do?

-We complete a walk-thru with photos prior to your lease singing and after you vacate. Once you have signed your lease we ask that you complete a walk-thru as well. This walk-thru is placed in your file, once you vacate we compare the photos and walk-thru before you moved in to the new walk-thru after you vacate.



How long do I have to complete my Walk-thru?

-You will have 3 days after the lease signing to complete the walk-thru and return the form to the office.



What if I have a maintenance request or emergency?

-We ask that you fill out a maintenance request online on our website or in our office. If there is a maintenance emergency after normal business hours you can call our emergency number at 913.683.5435.
